Situated in the heart of the Darling Downs at Pittsworth, Burwood Stud boasts 1500 fertile acres of basalt and limestone country, ideal for the making of champion racehorses.

Numerous bores and dams, rich in calcium ensure adequate water supplies to all stock. While we grow most of our own feed, we try to source quality lucerne hay and grain locally, where possible.

Burwood Stud started as a spelling and agistment farm in the early 1980’s.

Burwood Stud prides itself on the services it provides, the Denning Family have many years of experience in horse husbandry.
